Omachi Junction Accommodation Terms and Conditions

(Scope of application)

Article 1 Accommodation contracts and related contracts that this guesthouse concludes with guests shall be in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and regulations or generally established customs. It shall be based on the following.

2. If our guesthouse accepts a special agreement to the extent that it does not violate laws and customs, that special agreement shall take precedence, regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

 

(Application for accommodation contract)

Article 2: Those who wish to apply for an accommodation contract with our guesthouse must provide the hotel with the following information:

    (1)  Guest name

    (2)  Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival

    (3) Accommodation charges (as a general rule, according to the basic accommodation charges in attached table 1)

    (4) Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel

2. If a guest requests to continue staying beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the guest house will treat the request as having been applied for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made. To do.

 

(Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)

Article 3     The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the guesthouse accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the hotel proves that it has not given consent.

  2. When an accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the guest house, up to the basic accommodation fee for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days), must be paid by the date specified by the guest house. , you will be required to pay.

      3.  The application fee will first be applied to the final accommodation fee payable by the guest, and in the event that the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 apply, the application fee will be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest will ultimately pay. The amount will be allocated in the following order: gold, then compensation, and if there is any remaining amount, it will be returned at the time of payment of fees pursuant to the provisions of Article 12.

      4.  If the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 is not paid by the date specified by the Guest House pursuant to the provisions of the same paragraph, the Accommodation Contract shall become invalid. However, this only applies if the guesthouse notifies the guest of this when specifying the due date for payment of the application fee.

 

(Special agreement that does not require payment of application fee)

Article 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the guest house shall not be liable for payment of the application fee as set forth in the same paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.

We may accept special agreements that do not require this.

      2.  If the guest house does not request payment of the application fee as set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the payment date for the application fee when accepting the application for an accommodation contract, , it will be treated as if it complies with the special agreement set forth in the preceding paragraph.



 

(Refuse to conclude accommodation contract)

Article 5 Our guesthouse may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.

(1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.

(2) When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy.

 (3) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person seeking accommodation may violate the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation.

    (4) When the person seeking accommodation is deemed to fall under any of the following A to C.

B. Article 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991)

(7) Violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is required.

(9) When the case falls under Article 1 of the prefectural ordinance.

 

 (Guest's right to cancel contract)

Article 6: The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by notifying the guest house.

2.  The Guest House shall not be liable for the cancellation of all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the Guest.
In the case of cancellation (in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, this guesthouse specifies the payment date of the application fee and requests the payment, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract before the payment) ) will be subject to a penalty fee. However, in the event that our guesthouse accepts the special agreement set forth in Article 4, Paragraph 1, in accepting the special agreement, our guesthouse will notify the guest of the obligation to pay a penalty when the guest cancels the accommodation contract. (Right to cancel the contract of our hotel)

Article 7 The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.

            (1)  When the Guest is deemed to be likely to engage in an act that violates the provisions of laws and regulations, public order, or good morals regarding accommodation, or such act; When it is recognized that the person has done the following.

            (2)  When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following A to C.

(b) Organized crime groups, organized crime group members, organized crime group associate members, organized crime group related persons, and other anti-social forces.

(b) When the organized crime group or organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities.

(c) A corporation that has one of its officers who is a member of an organized crime group.

    (3) When a guest engages in behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests.

    (4) When the guest is clearly recognized as having a contagious disease.

 

         (5) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range is demanded.

   (6) When accommodation is not possible due to force majeure such as a natural disaster.

   (7) When falling under the provisions of Article (No.) of the Prefectural Ordinance.

(8) When smoking while sleeping in the bedroom, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or otherwise disobeying the prohibited matters (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) set forth by the hotel.

  1. When the guesthouse cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest may still be entitled to stay. 
            We will not charge you for any accommodation services that we do not provide.

 

(Registration of accommodation)

Article 8: Guests must register the following information at the front desk of our hotel on the day of their stay.

            (1)  Guest's name, age, gender, address and occupation

            (2)  For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry, and date of entry

            (3)  Departure date and scheduled departure time

            (4)  Other matters deemed necessary by the hotel.

     2.   If the guest intends to pay the charges set forth in Article 12 by a method that can replace currency, such as a traveler's check, accommodation voucher, or credit card, please inform the guest in advance of such payment at the time of registration under the preceding paragraph.      2. (Room usage time)

Article 9: Guests may use the guest rooms of this guest house from 4:00 pm to 11:00 the next morning. However, if you stay for consecutive nights, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and the day of departure.

     2.  Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, our guesthouse may accept guest rooms for use outside of the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, the following additional charges will be charged.

       (1)  1,000 yen per hour for up to 6 hours

    (2)  For over 6 hours or more, the full amount of the room charge (or 100% of the equivalent amount of the room charge)

 

(Compliance with usage rules)

Article 10: Guests must abide by the usage rules established by our guesthouse and posted inside the guesthouse while inside our hotel.

 

(business hours)

Article 11 The business hours of the main facilities of our guesthouse are as follows, and detailed business hours of other facilities will be announced in the provided pamphlets, notices in various places, service directories in guest rooms, etc.

               (1)  Service hours for front desk, cashier, etc.:

                     I. Front service 16:00-22:00

               (2)  Food and beverage (facility) service hours:

                     I. Lunch 11:00-14:00

                     B.Dinner 16:00-21:00

        2.   The hours listed in the previous section may be changed temporarily if necessary. In that case, we will notify you by an appropriate method.


 

(Payment of fees)

Article 12 The breakdown of accommodation fees, etc. to be paid by the guest is as listed in Attached Table 1.

2.     Payment of the accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be made in currency or by alternative methods approved by the guest house, such as traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, etc., at the time of the guest's departure or upon request by the guest house.          3.   Even if the guest voluntarily chooses not to stay after the guest house has provided the guest room and the guest is able to use it, the accommodation fee will not be charged. Masu.

 

(Responsibility of our guest house)

Article 13 If the guest house causes damage to the guest in the performance of the accommodation contract and related contracts, or due to non-performance thereof, the guest house will compensate the guest for the damage. However, this does not apply if it is not due to reasons attributable to the guesthouse.

(Handling when contracted guest room cannot be provided)

Article 14 If the guesthouse is unable to provide the guest with the contracted room, the guesthouse shall, with the consent of the guest, arrange for another accommodation facility with the same conditions as possible.

         

(Handling of deposited items, etc.)

Article 15 If damage such as loss or breakage occurs to goods, cash, or valuables left at the front desk by the guest, the guesthouse shall compensate for the damage, unless it is due to force majeure. However, with regard to cash and valuables, if the guest house requests the guest to declare the type and value of such items, and the guest fails to do so, the guest house will be liable for damages up to 30,000 yen.         2.    Items, cash, and valuables brought into the guest house by the guest and not deposited at the front desk will be returned to the guest house. Even if damage such as loss or damage is caused intentionally or by negligence, our guesthouse will not compensate for the damage.

(Storage of guest's baggage or personal effects)

Article 16 If the guest's baggage arrives at our guesthouse prior to his or her stay, the guest's baggage will be stored responsibly only if the guesthouse has given consent prior to its arrival, and it will be handed over to the guest when checking in at the front desk. To do.

    3.   In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the guest house's responsibility for the storage of the guest's baggage or personal effects shall be in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding article in the case of paragraph 1. In such cases, the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same article shall apply.


 

 (Guest's responsibility)

Article 17 If the hotel (restaurant) suffers damage due to the guest's intention or negligence, the guest will be required to compensate the hotel (restaurant) for the damage.
